This highly interactive single-day employee motivation and retention workshop consists of three parts:

• A series of self-paced PreWork modules with personal assessment and discovery exercises (includes streaming video segments featuring Edge founder and legendary presenter Bob Moawad).
• Eight hours of classroom instruction, open discussions, small group activities and application exercises which build on the learnings from the PreWork.
• A broad range of self-paced PostWork modules limited only by participants' desire to put newfound insights and tools to use!
